A hotel experienced a large water loss after a pipe broke in the building. The resulting pipe break caused numerous areas, rooms, & hallways to succumb to water damage. Since this unique locale is a one of a kind establishment, everything possible was done to repair & restore the damaged building to its original state. Many fans were brought in the expediently dry the floors & walls. The base trim and areas of drywall was removed to allow for flooring restoration with as little damage as possible to the building
